Results at the harvest stage

Visually, the fields are impressive: they are teeming with tomatoes—which is typical of varieties that yield about 100 tons per hectare.

The bush in the sample is very robust and measures approximately 120 cm in both directions. Its long branches are 80 cm long.

The number of tomatoes on each branch is surprising; the standard count of 4–6–8 is exceeded in this case. Each branch bears 6–8 or more fruits. We picked branches that have 10–12 fruits.

At first glance, the tomatoes themselves appear to be similar, though ours are slightly larger. Our largest tomatoes have a diameter (measured across the widest part) of 4.5–5 cm, while the control group’s largest tomatoes measure 4–4.5 cm.

Harvest from the bush: FITOVALOR – 80 ripe tomatoes, 33 unripe tomatoes, 4 rotten tomatoes. The yield per bush is 127 units.

It is worth noting that the soil class is low: Class 5 or even Class 6.

Conclusions

The customer applied FITOVALOR fertilizer only once—2 liters per hectare—so phenomenal results could not be expected.

The plantation looked no different from the norm. The customer had also used other fertilizers, so he believed he had taken care of both fertilization and pest control. He therefore expected the standard yield of 100 tons per hectare and did not express any positive feedback toward us.

September 25, 2023 The customer claimed that the tomatoes should have been harvested by now, but he had no information on when the harvester would be brought in. He was upset about this and was definitely expecting yields of 80 or even 70 tons per hectare.

He was extremely surprised when, at harvest time, it turned out that the tomatoes had retained their freshness and firmness. The percentage of spoiled fruit was so low that the yield remained at the expected level of 100 tons per hectare.
